What will Leno do after O'Brien takes over? Don't pity Jay Leno. ''The Tonight Show'' host is losing his home of 17 years, but Leno finds himself in an enviable position. Still packing the ratings punch that delivers the lion's share of NBC's estimated $300 million in annual late-night revenue, Leno has a line of suitors hoping to land his services. And he won't come cheap: NBC pays him $27 million per year.


Fireworks don't quit for folks at Navy Pier
Families who didn't get enough of fireworks on Independence Day can head to Navy Pier tonight for the weekly fireworks show, plus the treasure trove of ongoing free family activities there. For kids, the entertainment is pier pleasure with a variety of costumed strolling performers wandering around the pier, often stopping to talk with children, perform and pose for photographs.

Teddy Geiger letting fans guide new album
Teen rocker Teddy Geiger is in the midst of determining tracks for his next album -- but in a very different way. He's launched a survey at his Web site called TG33, which allows fans to listen to the 33 songs he's worked on for the set and vote for them, either outright or by buying individual song downloads.
